Total of 224 forest fires have been recorded in Mongolia

Since the beginning of the year, a total of 224 forest and steppe fires have been under control in 75 soums of 15 aimags and 3 districts of the capital city. The first fire broke out in Bulgan soum of Dornod aimag on March 6, and since then, more than 130 days have passed since then, and rapid detection and extinguishing operations have been organized.
